I operate weekdays from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (Mauritius Time). I’m off on weekends and Mauritian public holidays. Urgent requests outside these hours are only handled when a Service Level Agreement (SLA) is in place.
Subscriptions: Paid monthly or yearly in advance. If payment is not received within 5 business days of the due date, a final notice is issued. Services will be suspended if payment remains outstanding.
One-off services (excluding websites): 100% payment required upfront.
Website projects: 40% deposit to start, 40% on design approval, and 20% before final delivery.
Third-party tools/plugins: Always paid upfront if required.
Out-of-scope requests: Quoted and billed separately.
General: You can cancel any service within 3 days of booking if work hasn’t started. Refunds are issued minus any transaction or conversion fees.
Subscription services: Subject to minimum commitment (usually 3 or 6 months). After this, cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds for unused time.
Hosting & maintenance: Can be cancelled anytime. Services continue until the end of the billing period.
Preferred channels: Email and WhatsApp, or Client Portal’s Chat.
Calls: Reserved for emergencies or pre-scheduled meetings via Google Meet.
In-person: One free discovery meeting. Additional in-person meetings (Mauritius only) are billed at Rs 1,000/hour.
All projects have defined scopes. New features or requirements outside the agreed scope will be quoted separately.
Clients are expected to provide feedback, assets, and approvals in a timely manner.
If no response is received after 3 weeks and 3 reminders, the project is paused.
Paused projects are rescheduled at the next available slot and may incur a Restart Fee (up to 10% of the project cost).
No further work is done until the outstanding inputs or fees are received.
You are responsible for securing rights to all content provided to me (e.g. images, fonts, videos, logos).
I am not responsible for legal or quality issues arising from client-supplied materials.
I only support WordPress. I do not build or maintain sites on Wix, Shopify, Webflow, etc.
All design prototypes are created in Figma.
Premium plugins and themes provided under developer licences are:
Licences remain valid while you are an active client. If services end, you must obtain your own licences.

Email support: Monitored daily; replies within business hours

New features, platform migration, deep analytics, data recovery outside backups
Escalations and third-party involvement will follow a structured timeline and are coordinated directly through me.
Minimum 6-month contract. Auto-renews unless cancelled 30 business days prior to renewal.
No guaranteed rankings. I follow only ethical, white-hat SEO practices.
SEO work is licensed for use only on the contracted site. Reuse elsewhere is not allowed without written consent.
Clients approve keywords. I’m not liable for third-party SEO disruptions or algorithm changes.
Unless the Credit Release Fee (50% of project value) is paid, I retain all rights to the structure, layout, and custom designs.
Clients receive Editor access to their website, but not full administrative rights unless explicitly agreed.
All audit reports are provided in PDF and hosted online for 45 days. After that, the online version is removed.
Branding and graphic designs are delivered by Alexandra Ribet and governed by her separate terms.
I reserve the right to display finished work in my portfolio, social media, or case studies.
You may not claim authorship or resell any deliverables without purchasing the Credit Release Fee.
NDAs must be signed before project start and do not grant credit ownership unless the Credit Release Fee is paid.
All workflows, templates, strategies, and methods shared with you are confidential.
You may not copy, redistribute, or share these materials with others.
This applies both during and after our working relationship.
I may require access to your tools and platforms (e.g. Google Analytics, Search Console, web hosting) to perform services.
All credentials are handled securely and used only for the purpose of your project.
Permanent storage of login details is only maintained under an active maintenance agreement.
I strive to provide quality services, but I cannot guarantee uninterrupted service, specific outcomes, or universal compatibility across devices/browsers.
I am not liable for losses caused by third-party platforms, service outages, or misuse.
I am not liable for delays or inability to perform services due to events outside my control. This includes illness, natural disasters, power outages, or third-party disruptions.
These terms may be updated from time to time. Clients will be notified of significant changes.
